Quality Sparkling Wine – Charmat Method
Why “Ice Extra Brut”? Because many people – women, but not only – enjoy letting a few ice cubes melt in their sparkling wine. For this reason, our winemaker Riccardo Cotarella created this sparkling Falanghina (aged six months on the lees in stainless steel) to express its best character even with ice. Fresh and light, it is naturally enjoyable even without it. It should be served very cold.
Servire a 12-14°C per apprezzarne la corposità e le note aromatiche.
