Exclusive autochthonous vine of the beautiful land of Puglia, our Negroamaro is located in different geographical areas between the municipalities of Manduria and Lizzano where it benefits from the thermal peaks and fresh winds of the Ionian Sea.
This grape variety expresses hints of Mediterranean scrub. It produces a very rich pulp and grows in compact bunches.
It is a variety of great vigor which ripens very early developing a considerable alcohol content.
The winery maintains several hectares of this grape cultivated using the spurred cordon method and about 2.5 hectares using the ancient and traditional “alberello” method.
intense and enveloping
Faithful to the native Apulian vines, we have chosen Fiano. But there is Fiano and there is Fiano, so we asked our oenologist to design a Fiano “ad hoc”. Ours is characterized by an abundant yield and particularly small grapes. It is cultivated with the Guyot method.
