Bianca Terra
Fiano Salento IGT
True to Apulia’s indigenous grape varieties, we have chosen a Fiano: a vine whose presence in Apulia dates back to Roman times and which had almost completely disappeared in the first part of the 20th century.
Characterised by a very low yield, it has been revalued in recent decades in Apulia by those companies oriented towards high quality in their production.
A vine with excellent taste-olfactory characteristics capable of expressing in our wine a pleasant, rounded fruit, but at the same time of good drinkability and freshness.
Serve chilled at a temperature of 10-12°C
